House Minutes


The Minutes of the House of Assembly are the records for the proceedings of the House. The Clerk to the Legislature takes the minutes for the House of Assembly. The minutes will show:

a)    Who attended the meeting;

b)    Name of the organization or assembly;

c)    Date/time of meeting and place;

d)    Which Minister made statements,

e)    Whether the minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed or deferred;

f)     The Parliamentry Questions;

g)    Notices of Motion;

h)    Points of Order;

i)    Time of adjournment
