Papers, Reports and Communications
This is a section found on the Order of Business, which gives Ministers the opportunity to let the House consider either regulations, reports and estimates for the financial year.
It is common for a Minister to submit annual reports from their departments, while the House is in session. During the Budget Debate a Minister will ask the Speaker for permission to suspend a Standing Order to allow the estimates to be read and debated.
