Since then, she has worked in several local and international (re)insurance companies in their Claims, Broking and Underwriting departments. In September 2024, Victoria was appointed the Executive Director of the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies (BFIS) to pursue her passion for mentoring, educating and guiding students into successful careers in the (re)insurance market and ensuring a continued pipeline of talent for the future.  She has also worked in multiple hospitality roles with The Bermuda Bistro, Robin Hood, The World Rugby Classic and Gosling’s.

Victoria is passionate about youth development and counts tens of young Bermudians as her mentees as she helps guide them from the end of high school, through college or university and into careers. She has been Chairman of both the Bermuda Chapter for the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and the Bermuda Under 40s (Re)insurance group. Victoria has also educated many through the Bermuda Insurance Institute and is a Fall Semester Adjunct Lecturer at Bermuda College teaching an insurance class. In 2015, Victoria won the "Young Industry Leader of the Year" award from the Bermuda Insurance Institute. Victoria’s grandparents inspired her family with their spirit of service and some of her earliest memories involve delivering Meals on Wheels with them across the island. Victoria has been married to Adrian since 2013 and they live in Smith’s. She previously lived on Burnt House Hill in Warwick.
